**What you will do**:
As EPC BD Manager (SEA), you will be As we continue to innovate and grow, we are looking for a Business Development Manager. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth in the EPC industry in SEA particularly focused on the lifecycle replacement of HVAC, BMS, and Chillers Systems.
**How you will do it**:
- Developing comprehensive short
- and long-term sales plans while preparing effective sales strategies and submissions.
- Engaging target organizations to identify and pursue profitable sales opportunities.
- Managing the preparation and submission of competitive sales proposals.
- Influencing tender requests to promote Johnson Controls specified Applied Products and Systems/Solutions.
- Achieving secured sales volume ($) and gross margin ($) against assigned business plans.
- Providing insights to management regarding the Applied industry while recommending strategies to maximize future business in line with the Applied growth strategy.
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering sales and technical support to Contractors, Consultants, and End-Users to enhance solution sales and customer satisfaction.
- Forecasting sales secured, delivery, collection, sales backlog, inventory management, and addressing any other sales-related issues consistently.
**What we look for**:
- Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Mechanical engineering and HVAC engineering or Electrical / Electronic engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the HVAC industry.
- Demonstrated sales success with year-on-year growth.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Experience collaborating with Consultants, Owners, main Contractors, and key Stakeholders in the Building and Commercial Industry.
- Exceptional leadership, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills.
