Westermo is currently recruiting a _Network Solutions Manager,_ to join our team in Singapore, where you will have the opportunity to work with advanced data communication and network technology.

As Network Solutions Manager your main task will be to provide 1st line product

The role also includes visits to customers internationally, to support with technical requirements. As you will be fronting our customers it is important that you work to achieve customer satisfaction and good customer relationships.

You will contribute to implementing improvements internally and work towards goals and key targets.

**So who are we looking for?**

As a person you are service oriented and have professional communication skills as you will interact with a wide range of customers and colleagues. You like troubleshooting and are structured and organized with the ability to drive your own progress. The ability to cooperate both internally and externally is a key to the position. You will be an important contributor to the support team and will get the opportunity to develop yourself in a positive and creative environment.

**Personal experience**
- Education in data Communication/ Networks, or adequate work experience
- 5+ years of experience in IP networks design
- and support
- Very good knowledge of English both in speaking and in writing
- Merit for applicants are Cisco certifications CCNA/CCNP or similar
