Asia is one of the largest destination markets for SBM due to growing meat consumption & feed demand. Bunge has global leadership position in oilseeds crush business and Asia is critical for Bunge’s Global crush value chains for building the desired customer/market access for maximizing origin asset capacity, global trading & merchandising opportunities and end-to-end value capture from multiple crush origins.

The Distribution & Meal VC lead is the point-person for Global crush value chains for managing the protein meal business in Asia. The role will be primarily accountable for executing Asia meal marketing plan, pipeline execution management, regional customer relationship management and providing functional leadership to the country commercial teams in Asia.

The role incumbent will actively partner with freight, logistics, trade execution and other functions like TSF, FRM & Sustainability to create maximum opportunities and value for Bunge by building an end-to-end integrated book from origination to destinations and a highly customer focused and solutions business in Asia.

**Main Accountabilities**

Meal Marketing (Market Access)
- Develop and execute Asia marketing and distribution strategy for the meal value chains in close collaboration with Global VC team, origins, freight, functional leaders, and Asia country commercial teams. Responsible for delivering meal marketing targets for Asia.
- Responsible for providing the CNF prices to destination commercial teams based in Asia markets from Singapore. Provide market price outlook & leadership to the destination teams on meal and freight markets, price outlook, demand/supply evolution etc.
- Guide the local meal sales program in Vietnam for maximizing the opportunities between CNF and local values/book. Leverage local meal access for maximizing regional trading/merchandising opportunities.

Execution Management (Pipeline Profitability)
- Manage overall risks associated with meal book in Singapore. Be responsible for accurately reporting of daily position & PNL reports.
- Manage the PNL in Singapore book from structural margins, flat/freight positions and pipeline execution efficiencies. Maximize efficiency pickups & value capture through merchandising opportunities, freight and logistics efficiencies.
- Responsible for timely capture and sharing of Asia business intelligence and regional S&D in close collaboration with the research team.

Customer Focus & Solutioning
- Responsible for building partnering with strategic customers and directly manage regional customers. Responsible for key account management and customer performance metrics for targeted customers.
- Build competitive differentiation and pipeline profitability through new value propositions and added value solutions.
- Support growth projects on crush studies in Aisa, building flows and distribution plans in targeted countries.

**Job Requirements**
- An industry domain expert with strong experience in managing large country/Regional businesses with 10-15years relevant experience in trading environment
- Graduate qualification from reputed institution
- Professional certification in international trade and supply chain management
- Experience in managing Industrial customer in B2B format
