**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee e-commerce platforms' daily operations including order handling, payments and shipping, update product listings, descriptions, images and stock levels.
- Ensure all product information is accurate, clear, and engaging.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints and providing prompt solutions.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction on all transactions.
- Implement online promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategic method to increase traffic and improve sales
- Analyse data to identify customer behaviour trends and optimize product offerings.
- Assist in digital advertising (e.g., Google ads, social media ads).
- Track and analyse website traffic and sales performance to suggest improvement
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure products are in stock and available for sale.
- Monitor product performance and liaise with the procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Develop a strong awareness and understanding of product categories, key competitors, and new market trends
- Implement business collaboration initiatives with suppliers and potential partners

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience (1-3 years) in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms digital marketing tools and techniques
- Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO practices, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Well organized, possess high sense of responsibility, and positive working attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional team

**Remuneration & Benefits**:

- From $2200 to $3400 depending on qualification

**Working Schedule**:

- 5.5day work week
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 08:00 am to 05:00 pm, Sat 08:00 to 12:00nn
