**Responsibilities**:
As part of our growth in the eCommerce space, we are looking for a **Part-Time** **Operations Assistant** to join our Logistics Team in Singapore to help ensure that customers receive their goods as efficiently as possible by coordinating between our internal teams, external vendors, and our customers. Your responsibilities are as per below.
- Troubleshooting any potential delivery blockers and keeping customers up to date on their deliveries;
- Answering customer enquiries such as rescheduling of deliveries, and facilitate order-change requests;
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to you from time to time by the Company and/or your supervisor or manager

**Job Requirements**:

- Responsible and able to work independently.
- Fluent spoken and written in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Minimal knowledge in NetSuite Oracle. No experience is acceptable as long able to learn & adapt.
- Fast learner & adapts well to changes
- Able to work well in a team.
- Good communication skills.

**Working Hours**: 9am - 6pm

**Working Days**: Flexible (minimum 3 days per week)

**Working Location**: Remote/ Work-from-home primarily

**Commitment Period**: Minimum 3 Months
