Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, including product uploads, order handling, and backend system management.
  • Oversee and manage warehouse inventory levels, coordinate restocking activities, and ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Work closely with the team to maintain seamless and efficient operations across all e-commerce channels.
  • Research current social media trends and suggest creative content ideas to boost audience engagement and increase brand visibility.

Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and effectively connects with the target audience. Contribute to the development and improvement of content strategies and monitor performance across multiple digital platforms.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma in Media, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (preferred but not required)

. Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada

. Comfortable using spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage.

  • Ability in speaking both English and Chinese for effective handling of product content and internal communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
