**Job Descriptions**:

- Manage outlet operations, ecommerce platform and online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, etc)
- Handle enquiries from ecommerce platform and online marketplaces
- Assist in all aspects from order processing, delivery and return/exchanges from customers order across the ecommerce and online platform
- Monitor and maintain stock level to ensure sufficient stock level, analyse stock performance
- Verify daily transaction in POS and WESS system
- Assist to resolve operations issues, implement improvement, and action plan to ensure operations are established and implemented properly.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with WESS system is an added advantage
