At UXArmy our mission is enabling businesses to deliver delightful user experiences using our inclusive user insights platform. As we Scale UXArmy beyond Asia, we are looking for a new colleague passionate about User Research and is keen to join us in our mission and grow together.

This is a full-time role and can be fully remote unless you are from Singapore. If you are residing in Singapore, the role will be hybrid.

In this role, you will shape the user experience for the UXArmy platform and work on research projects with our Clients. This role will involve working in collaboration with founders to influence business strategy based on market and user insights.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers and marketing executives to ensure a seamless experience across all our customer touch points.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Plan and execute user and market research using the right research methodologies for UXArmy and our Clients.
- Gather needs and pain points from our Client base and target audience on an ongoing basis to inform product decisions.
- Guide creation of journey maps of existing products and setup user research processes.
- Mentor other researchers and designers to enhance their skills and strive for excellence in their UX research work.
- Contribute actively online and community to establish yourself and UXArmy as a User Research thought leader.
- Ideate, oversee and drive creation of compelling User Research content along with the UX Research and marketing team.

**Requirements**:

- Available full time for this role.
- Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work as an individual contributor and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of using various Research tools.
- Knowledge of using Figma and Miro for collaboration.
