Our client is a leading manufacturer of Electric Vehicles in China. They are currently looking urgently for User Researcher.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Assist to operate NPS project in Southeast Asia by gathering NPS reviews from consumers to analyze product's satisfaction.
- Perform tailored user research to address significant projects and concerns in Singapore, such as satisfaction and test drive research.
- Conduct product strategy validation work.
- Support evaluation and testing of products and DiLink in Singapore, collect customer feedback, and ensure feedback is addressed.
- Undertake customer information entry for Asia-Pacific countries
- ** Requirement**:

- 【 What they are looking for 】
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing/ Social Sociology/Psychology/Statistics.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ equivalent experience
- Strong logical thinking, communication and presentation skills, and the ability to use at least one statistical analysis-related software (SPSS, SAS, R, etc.).
- Familiar with Singapore automotive market and user preference.
- Have high insight and sensitivity to User Behaviour and User Psychology, dismantle the reasons behind the data, and can provide guiding suggestions for the business.
- Meticulous and conscientious work attitude
- ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 18:00
