**DUTIES & RESONSIBILITIES**:
**The Senior Credit Controller will be reporting directly to the Finance Director of South Asia. This position requires a hands on controller with a proven track record within the region. Work closely with the Country, Cluster and Group Finance as well as senior management to drive the business forward and help create a strategy for significant growth and expansion.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Report to the Finance Director of South Asia, and will be based in Singapore.
- Participate in the development and execution of the long-term strategic vision of the region.
- Being the Business Partner and work closely to the Regional Management team, Cluster Finance Directors, Group finance team and Shared Service Centre on monitoring the regional daily credit control operations to achieve the KPIs.
- Participating in top-level discussions and consolidate and document key information and data gathered
- Provide timely inputs, feedback, and recommendations on how to further improve specific projects, strategies.
- Lead conceptualization, development, and implementation of key business and departmental policies and processes
- Ensure that there is a proper analysis of each issue and propose an action plan to Finance Director South Asia / CFO APAC / Regional Management team
- Ensure the timely preparation, availability, and dissemination of related reports
- Providing credit control KPI dashboards to management
- Initiate, implement and follow up on credit control to strengthen the risk management of countries.
- Handle ad hoc projects.

**Education, Qualifications and Work Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline
- At least 10 years credit control / collection experience with 3 years+ at supervisory / managerial level
- Can-do attitude
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, someone who can gain credibility at all levels of an organization
- Detail oriented, good project management and organization skill, analytical and logical skills and sound business acumen
- Experience in a multinational corporate environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
- Advance user of MS Excel and PowerPoint. Sun/ Oracle/ Exact experience (Though not mandatory)
- Willing to work under pressure, result-oriented and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
