This role involves guiding senior SA managers to unlock their full potential and delivering distinct solution validation for the most significant and strategic opportunities. Leading and operating in this dynamic and ever-changing environment necessitates a visionary leader who thrives on the tremendous potential of succeeding with the market-leading CNAPP solution, Prisma Cloud. A fundamental objective for this role is translating customer outcomes into fully operationalized Prisma Cloud architecture and deployment. These customers are globally recognized brands, making them prime targets for substantial cyber threats that demand world-class cloud security protection. Operationalizing solutions here equates to world-class security for these customers. Leveraging your expertise, you will guide and mentor field SA Managers (SAMs) in coaching and cultivating a team of cloud security engineers dedicated to safeguarding critical infrastructure and revenue-generating workloads for Fortune 1000 accounts. To help customers navigate the escalating threat landscape and the growing intricacies of cloud security, this leader must elevate the SAMs to deliver CTO-level expertise and thought leadership. Your responsibility includes driving high Prisma Cloud adoption by orchestrating collaboration among key stakeholders to ensure optimal platform module utilization based on architectures aligned with best practices. Additionally, the SA organization should assist customers in engineering and optimizing their Prisma Cloud solutions based on recommendations and best practices. We're in search of a leader with a zeal for formulating strategies, fostering leadership teams, and scaling businesses. **Your Impact** - Influence the cloud security perspective of CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and DevOps leaders, shaping their long-term architectural directions and roadmap scopes to attain target end-states. - Lead discussions about industry trends and emerging shifts in the cloud security landscape that customers need to anticipate. - Mentor, coach, and nurture your team, ensuring their engagement and success in their careers. - Expand the SA organization by recruiting, mentoring, and inspiring SAs and SAMs to deliver their finest work. - Collaborate closely with global sales leadership to direct the GTM strategy. - Safeguard our dynamic "start-up" energy as we scale. - Comprehend the strengths and weaknesses of leading products in the market, positioning Prisma Cloud as a distinctive offering. - Champion the voice of users and customers, influencing product direction and feature priorities. - Foster a positive outlook, a can-do attitude, and a growth mindset, serving as a role model while leading and maintaining the motivation of SAs in a fast-paced environment. **Qualifications**: **Minimum Experience** - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. - Possess a track record of managing and building teams of presales engineers, overseeing team in cloud engineering and/or cloud security - Bring hands-on experience in technical sales engineering within a cloud computing environment or equivalent customer-facing technical engineering roles. **Preferred Experience** - Hold an MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science. - Profound industry knowledge encompassing security product market trends, coupled with understanding of technology roadmap and advancements, as well as competitor offerings - Demonstrate proficiency in selling cloud-native security to C-Suite of companies, particularly in the Japan & Asia Pacific region. - Domain expertise spanning public cloud architectures, cloud-native security models, CI/CD, DevOps, firewalls, and various security technologies, from both technological and business perspectives - Showcase knowledge of solution architecture within public cloud environments. - Adaptability to grasp, comprehend, and work with emerging technolo
