[What the role is]

Manage mosque-based engagements contributing towards achieving the objectives under the One Mosque Sector’s (OMS) Sector Sustainability Plan (SSP).

[What you will be working on]
- Manage CLM’s documentation & registry matters
- Collate CLM’s returns for submission of reports & updates on key collaborations
- Provide secretariat support for SalamSGMovement (SSGM) office

**SECTOR**
- Manage & track quantitative & qualitative data of CLM’s key collaborations
- Organise training for MRO-NKs & Accreditation-related matter s (with SUSS, MSF & OOM)
- Coordinate with DSMs & DLs to deliver flagship programmes (eg RYC & Korban) as planned under SSGM

**DISTRICT**
- Engage District East mosques to encourage & support staff training in content & publicity in social media platforms
- Provide resource support to enhance DE mosques’ profile, presence & content in existing & new social media platforms
- Co-curate programmes & services in DE mosques to align with & in support of PELITA initiatives

[What we are looking for]

**REQUIREMENT**
- Tertiary education in any discipline
- At least 3 years’ experience in relevant field
- At least 1 years’ experience in project management
- Competent in Managing Programme/Project with good background in Programme Planning & Design
- Comfortable working with mosque leaders, staff & volunteers
