Executive/senior Executive, Collaborate@oms

**What the role is**
Manage mosque-based engagements contributing towards achieving the objectives under the One Mosque Sector’s (OMS) Sector Sustainability Plan (SSP).
**What you will be working on**
**CLM HQ**
- Establish & maintain good working relations with current & potential collaborators
- Establish effective communication network & protocol among current & potential collaborators
- Provide critical assessment for any collaboration proposals from current & potential partners focusing on sustainability
**SECTOR**
- Engage District Leads (DLs) to coordinate implementation of key collaborations
- Work closely with DLs for possible resource support to plug service/funding gaps identified during implementation phase
- Consult DLs on scheduling & alignment of key collaborations with OMS’ existing Calendar Of Event (COE) involving Muis’ Senior Managements’ involvement
**DISTRICT**
- Engage District North (DN) mosques hosting Bersamamu (BM) & Temasek Foundation ARIF (TF-ARIF) expansion programme
- Provide resource support for DN mosques supporting BM & TF-ARIF
- Co-drive & co-curate the Community Religious Life agenda for DN with focus on Focus Area (FA) 2# initiatives under FITRAH*
- _Family and Inmates ThRoughCare Assistance Haven_
- # Supporting Vulnerable Families of the Incarcerated_
**What we are looking for**
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Tertiary education in any discipline
- At least 3 years’ experience in relevant field
- At least 1 years’ experience in project management
- Competent in Managing Programme/Project with good background in Programme Planning & Design
- Comfortable working with mosque leaders, staff and volunteers
