**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Development Support**:
- Collaborate closely with R&D and engineering teams to understand product specifications and unique selling points
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation or improvement
- Translate technical product features into compelling value propositions for brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns
- Assist in new product launches by coordinating pre-launch planning, collateral creation, and go-to-market strategies
- Provide feedback from customers, sales teams, and market data to inform future product enhancements
**Marketing & Asset Production**:
- Coordinate the design and production of multimedia materials: product manuals, spec sheets, videos, brochures, and website content
- Work with trade show planners to showcase new product lines effectively, including booth design and product highlight displays
- Maintain consistency in product documentation across all marketing touchpoints
**Analytics & Market Alignment**:
- Analyze campaign performance data and market trends to ensure product positioning remains competitive and relevant
- Track product-specific KPIs (e.g., feature adoption rates, product feedback, inquiry volume) to support data-driven decisions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction industry technologies and equipment trends
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-5 years of experience in a marketing role involving technical/industrial products
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and B2B marketing principles
- Ability to convert complex technical information into accessible marketing content
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and CMS platforms
- Knowledge of construction equipment or heavy machinery industry is a strong plus
