As an Associate in the J.P. Morgan Prime Finance Capital Advisory Group, you will focus on Capital Introduction for our clients in the region.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will help maintain relationships with hedge fund clients and institutional investors and match our services and products to their needs. Primary focus will be on hedge funds and investors based in Singapore, Japan, and Australia.
- Assist local and global hedge fund managers with their growth plans by providing expertise on both the Asia-Pacific institutional investor market, and US, European, and Middle Eastern allocators investing into the region.
- Contribute to content and events germane to the Asia-Pacific hedge fund industry.
- The role will coordinate with the entire global Prime Finance franchise and will also partner heavily with all the various desks across the firm that cover our hedge fund client base, including Equities, Fixed Income, and Futures & Options.

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities and skills**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in financial services.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
- Relevant experience in Capital Introduction, Prime Finance Consulting, or Prime Finance Sales, Hedge Fund Marketing/Investor Relations, or Hedge fund allocator roles.
- Deep knowledge of hedge fund strategies and trading styles as well as Prime Finance business dynamics.
- Confident communicator.
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently.

**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and skills**
- Pre-existing hedge fund and/or institutional investor relationships are a plus, but not required.
