Customer Service Executive

**Key Responsibilities***:
- Acknowledge and process customer’s purchase orders
- Build and manage purchase orders to include specifications, pricing, delivery and key achievements to ensure on time receipt and delivery of materials
- Handle and lead drop shipment
- Expedite orders as required during AOG situations
- Follow up with intercompany supplier globally
- Work closely with production, shipping and sales to avoid any adverse impact due supplier delays
- Creation of new customer accounts into system
- Follow up on payments, credit notes and allocation
- Basic administrative duties such as answering phone calls, e-filing, documents filing, invoice upload, etc
- Other ad-hoc or new duties assigned by management
**Qualifications***:
- Fresh graduates or 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and organization skills
- Professional and positive demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Able to multi-task and be available to work on occasional nights, weekends and holidays
- Experience in customer service or procurement an added advantage
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
