Roles & Responsibilities

Supports the HR Leadership team in a variety of initiatives, including the following:

- Design and rollout relevant HR metrics, reporting and analytics
- Synthesis of data and statistical analysis with contextual analysis to generate robust talent solutions
- Maintenance of HR systems, data and knowledge base
- HR Technology review & planning
- HR strategy and manpower planning
- Performance Management design and planning
- Design and rollout of Talent Management & Talent Review
- C&B design, review, calibration and compensation operations (eg. salary and bonus reviews)
- HR Capability building
- Lead or participate in HR Projects, where applicable
- HR Operations support, where necessary
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
