Halcyon Homes Pte. Ltd., albeit small, is fast-paced and highly organized, effective and efficient.
This position provides administrative support to a team of 4 real estate salespersons and corporate functions, reporting to the KEO of the estate agent.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Managing all daily functions of the office
- Prepare tenancy documents and ensure all required for completion of transactions are in place.
- Banking related activities
- Generate invoices
- Make payments
- Filing of documents in our cloud
- Simple bookkeeping using the Xero accounting app
- Reconcile receipts and expenses with bank statements
- Arrange for documents to be delivered or collected
- Liaise with clients etc for administrative matters
- Update database and simple marketing functions
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Prior similar experience in real estate firms welcomed but not necessary
- Minimum 2 years in administrative position
- Comfortable working with all forms of technology (Todoist, Zoom, MS Office, Box, OneDrive, Xero, etc)
- Highly motivated and independent in execution of delegated tasks
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Highly meticulous, detail-oriented and organized
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
