Field Sales Representative

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct door-to-door visits to prospective clients to present and sell our IT services.
- Make cold calls to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate IT services and solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or similar roles, preferably within the IT industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
