The Rental & Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the rental and leasing operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth. The role involves managing a team, maintaining fleet efficiency, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance revenue and operational excellence.
- Supervise rental and leasing operations, including reservations, customer service, and vehicle allocation processes.
- Ensure the fleet is well-maintained, inspected, and ready for customer use at all times.
- Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Set and uphold standards for exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base, targeting new and existing customers to meet sales goals.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Participate in vehicle showcasing and demonstrations to promote offerings effectively.
- Train, mentor, and lead the rental and leasing team to enhance performance and build a collaborative culture.
- Motivate the team within the Leasing and Sales department to drive portfolio growth and revenue increase.
- Monitor sales, costs, and profitability, and participate in budgeting and cost control activities.
- Prepare monthly reports detailing performance against targets, including insights on variances, challenges, and opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and satisfaction data to provide actionable insights for service improvements.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and trends in the corporate and automotive sectors that could impact business performance.
- Provide recommendations to management based on market insights to support strategic planning.
- Oversee inventory to ensure the availability of vehicles that meet customer needs and expectations.Implement processes to optimize fleet utilization and minimize downtime.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in vehicle rental, leasing, related field or sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
