Key Responsibilities- Support sales team on tender specifications, client requirements and define optimal solutions for lift modernization/ replacement- Act as main liaison when dealing with various factories and engineering centers- Follow up and follow through until prices and technical concerns are answered/ closed timely by the said factories/ engineering centers- Clarify and work to resolve issues with factory during manufacturing process- Liaise with local supply chain and vendors on quotations- Handle all site survey activities for Modernization (S) & Total Replacement- Identify & record existing equipment specification and condition as well as site conditions (access, constraints and necessary modifications)- Preparation of site survey reports- Responsible for the preparation of drafts, sketches, shop drawing, As-Built Drawings for all projects secured by the team- Conduct feasibility checks based on the site survey reports- Responsible for solution configuration based on customer specifications and site survey (incl. all necessary costs adjustments & checks)- Responsible for the safety and protection of himself/herself and the environment while carrying out any site activities- To perform any other responsibilities as required and requested by HOD

Requirement- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or relevant disciplines- Min. 4 years of sales engineering experience- Sound technical knowledge in elevators, escalators and mechanical strength calculation-
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suites and AutoCAD- Excellent stakeholders and communication skills, able to work independently- A team player; enjoy working in dynamic and multicultural business environment
