The Senior Director, Technology Solution is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the NTT technology solution direction and providing recommendations for the design of the framework to improve and grow the Technology Solution and NTT Technology attached services business. Additionally, responsible for creating and communicating technology vision and strategy in alignment with the overall organizational objectives.

Works with the country’s Technology Solution owners, at a peer level proactively supports the delivery of multi-technology solution & services to clients by analyzing and providing more strategies and solutions on all aspects of infrastructure and related technology components. This position works on the development of the technology solution reference architecture approach for one or more layer of a complex solution. This individual review the developed technology solution reference architecture to ensure that it aligns to NTT Services roadmaps and that it adheres to the recommended architecture principles. The Technology Solution Senior Director deals with clients who have complex information technology environments.

**Working at NTT**

Manages pre-sale technical support activities including assessment of how company products meet customer needs and the preparation of product specifications for development and installation of innovative business solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides significant input into the company’s technology vision, driving the implementation of technology strategies and overseeing the alignment of technological resources.
- Drive accountability, consistency, quality, & process standardization across all phases of technology & innovation.
- Responsible for the development and monitoring of the technology solution budget.
- Assess the potential of new relevant technologies to become new products or services, coordinate the selection of technology solution to ensure that they have the potential to add value, providing reliable technical assessments of potential vendor partnership.
- Act as the leader to design solutions for the NTT (Ltd) business based on the technologies assessed and selected.
- Provides input into the technology budget and makes recommendations on the alignment of technology investments to overall business strategy.
- Actively promote new ways of working that drive agility, speed, and design-thinking.
- Champion cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teaming, and take the initiative in thought leadership.
- Manage internal & external stakeholders by defining technology roadmap & build long-term strategic relationship.
- Provides input into the development of technology direction to increase revenue and performs a cost-benefit analysis and return-on-investment analysis. Makes recommendations to influence strategic direction.
- Provide expert multi-technology domain advice to clients, analyzing and providing strategies and solutions on all aspects of infrastructure software, hardware features and related technology components.
- Designs and communicates high level structure to enable and guide the design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs.
- Drive workshop activities to demonstrate complex solutions, to demonstrate the new features, value of the Software-Defined Infrastructure and the benefits & ROI of the investment.
- Shares responsibility for win strategy with the sales team. Will lead the client discovery with relevant insights and articulate how our proven solution & services deliver tangible results.
- Responsible for overall Software Defined Infrastructure Technology related product growth, with a good mix of Hardware & Software revenue with NTT Services attached as part of the key performance metric to drive.
- Drive key pipeline & services attached to meet the targeted performance metric, in-particular:
**Attach-Rate (AR), Inclusion-Rate (IR), and Recurring Revenue (RR)**:

- Develop and monitor metrics as required and convey metrics to ensure appropriate alignment and executive awareness.

**Knowledge, skills, and attributes**
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology and/or relevant master’s degree
- TOGAF certified and/or relevant IT and OEM/Vendor Technology Certification
