We are EIL Global, a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops, Servers, networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA locations. Currently, we are looking for local vendors/partners/engineers for onsite support services in and around to assist our clients.

We have below requirement for Full time short term contract in below location:
Yishun Ave 7, Singapore 768923

Requirement:
1. CCNA Certified Minimum

2. With experience and knowledge of Cisco routing and switching, Cisco network engineers install, maintain, and configure Cisco networks.

3. Technical issues include network-related problems, system failures, and routing changes and updates.

4. Working extensively with Cisco network software, Cisco network engineers are familiar with design, support, and deployment of Cisco products

5. Troubleshooting network problems and outages, Cisco network engineers locate problem areas, isolating them for solutions

6. Consult clients and customers to ensure that their needs are met; customer service skills are essential to building rapport with customers

7. Network engineers should have experience troubleshooting Layer One network connectivity and also understand Layer Two, Three, and Four switching

8. Handled escalations and resolved technical issues according to SLA

9. Performed IOS upgrades on various models of IP Internetworking layer 2/3 switches

10. Maintain on-site inventory of all need equipment for project.

12. Responsible for cabling connections through patch panels

13. Technical knowledge of routing protocols such as RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP

14. Provided technical support and troubleshooting on various Cisco products including Routers, Switches, IP Phones

15. Strong Customer Service skills and experience
- resolving test cases & result with direct client interaction

16. Document activities and interaction on a daily basis

17. Excellent communication skill
