**Job Title: Web Master Specialist
This role involes ensuring the smooth functioning, usability, and performance of our online store, while also driving initiatives to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.

**Responsibilities:
1. Shopify Website Management:

- Manage day-to-day operations of our website, including content updates, product uploads, and inventory management.
- Ensure website functionality and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions promptly.
- Customize and maintain Shopify themes and templates to align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience.

2. E-commerce Optimization:

- Optimize product pages and content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Implement best practices for conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance user engagement and increases sales.
- Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

3. Technical Support and Maintenance:

- Provide technical support to resolve website-related issues and inquiries from internal teams or customers.
- Implement new features and enhancements, when necessary.

4. Content Management and Updates:

- Create and update website content, including product descriptions, images, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual aesthetics across all website and digital assets.

5. Security and Compliance
- Implement security measures and best practices to protect customer data.

6. Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for website management tasks.

**Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Master or similar role, with focus on Shopify and e-commerce platforms
- In-depth knowledge of Shopify’s backend operations, themes, apps and APIs
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field is preferred
