Master Data Specialist, Executive

**About the Role**:
As a result of this large-scale change program, we are seeking to appoint a **Master Data Specialist** who support the Supply Chain Management in Singapore and other countries of the region.

The Master Data Specialist is accountable for the coordination and execution of master data maintenance, testing, reporting, and linkages between Salesforce and SAP systems to maintain a compliant, effective, and efficient operation that meets or exceeds site goals and objectives.

More in details, the Master Data Specialist is responsible for:

- Collaborate within the department and with Sales, Quality, Supply Chain Management, and IT to determine business requirements for the design of master data.
- Coordinate the testing of master data with peers and internal customers to ensure business requirements are achieved.
- Maintain the Material or BOM to meet trade compliance requirements and to maintain compliant, efficient, and reliable batch records and supporting data.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and management of material, pricing and account master data collection
- Develop and provide technical training to all SAP users
- Provide periodic on-call support to internal customers for emergent system issues.

**What we are looking for**:

- Diploma in Business or Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 3 years of related work experience with ERP Master Data environment.
- Good knowledge of ERP/CRM Systems (i.e., SAP, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Basic presentation development and delivery skills
- Ability to provide on-call support in case of emergent issues
- Ability to interpret / write technical documents
- Ability to work as a team
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with mínimal supervision
