Cash Management Product Development Specialist Sg

**Responsibilities**:
- Senior member in channels team who will drive channel and system enhancements, with view to improve Client experience and increase channel utilization, thus leading to operating account usage and fee income.
- Drive the commercialization strategy for channels by defining value proposition, competitive positioning, developing strategies in partnership with Sales and other product teams, creating relevant marketing materials, etc.
- Own end to end client experience by partnering with Client Services, Operations and Implementation across business segments to continuously enhance product delivery and solutions.
- Present product vision and strategy to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Actively engage in cash product roadmap and influence Group Transaction Banking initiatives.
- Keep abreast of current and future trends in channels and product development. Stay connected to the industry.
- Manage the growth and profitability of channels, including analyzing repricing opportunities, product rationalization / optimization opportunities, and helping craft the sales strategy and materials. Ensure product risk, compliance, and audit standards.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 8 years of channel and/or product management experience in cash management.
- Familiar with API.
- Seasoned leadership and management skills.
- Passion for channels, innovation and client experience.
- Outstanding people skills, able to influence and motivate teams.
- Forward compatibility attributes: adaptable, bold, curious, collaborative, determined and empathetic.
- Self-starter with the ability to define goals and strategies with mínimal management oversight.
- Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution and ensures quality results.
- Possess a proactive and positive attitude.
- Technologically strong and business savvy.
