Responsibilities include:
Identifying, analyzing, selling, and supporting cash management products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective commercial/corporate/FIG clients.
Understanding clients' and prospects' processes and buying patterns for effective solutioning.
Driving business growth to meet balance, revenue, and mandate KPIs.
Assisting in all Cash Management product commercialization activities and providing feedback to the Product team.
Participating in task forces or projects to improve processes, develop products, and support inter-departmental tasks.
Participating in events and activities to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements include:
A degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
2 to 4 years of experience in Cash Management or Relationship Management roles.
Preferred experience in Cash Management and product sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and apply innovative propositions to generate business opportunities.
Soft skills include adaptability, willingness to learn, and stakeholder management.
