**Job Summary**
The Sustainability Intern for Healthcare will assist the Healthcare Sustainability Manager in implementing the Sustainability Roadmap, focusing on reducing healthcare and supply chain carbon footprint. This role directly contributes to our goals towards carbon neutrality.
This internship offers a chance to shape the future of healthcare sustainability and gain experience in diverse international perspectives, adapting strategies across global markets.

**General Responsibilities**
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct research on emerging sustainability trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks.
- **Sustainability Implementation Support**: Provide assistance in implementing sustainability systems within the organization.
- **Compliance Audits in ISO & PSCI**: Engage in compliance audits to ensure adherence to sustainability standards and regulations.
- **Sustainability Reporting & ESG Ratings**:Support with sustainability reporting and ratings to ensure transparency and accountability.
- **ESG Data Management**: Maintain and update sustainability dashboards. Assist in analysing and interpreting sustainability metrics, reporting and including progress on Sustainable Packaging as well as Social Impact projects.Market Information Gathering: Collect market information from sustainability champions to support decision-making and strategy development.
- **Education and Awareness**: Develop educational materials and presentations on sustainability topics. Aid in organizing sustainability awareness campaigns and events.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist sustainability manager with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor sustainability projects. Organize project meetings, document progress, and follow up on action items.
- **Additional Tasks**: Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks.

**Functional Skills and Knowledge**
- University student or recent grad eligible to work in Singapore or Bangkok
- Passionate about sustainability
- Strong project management skills
- Handles multiple projects within tight timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good presentation and data analytical skills
- Demonstrates continuous learning and creativity
- Positive attitude and team player

**Education**
Polytechnic diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain and/or Sustainability.
