The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- We're in search of dynamic and highly motivated 2024/ 2025 graduates to join our Shopee SPX Team as Operational Excellence Analyst. As an Operational Excellence Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in optimising and streamlining our logistics processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This role presents an excellent opportunity for ambitious fresh graduates to deepen their problem-solving abilities by tackling some of the most complex challenges in the e-Commerce industry and flex their analytical skills in a dynamic, data-driven working setting. **Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and optimise logistics processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational workflows
- ** Ground Operations Improvement**:Take a hands-on approach, willing to get your hands dirty, to identify, propose, and implement improvements in ground operations for a more streamlined and effective workflow
- ** Data Analysis**:Utilise Python and SQL to extract, transform, and analyse data, providing insights to drive informed decision-making
- ** Project management**: Design initiatives, track timelines, and assess impacts. Resolve issues effectively to ensure the successful execution of projects
**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, expected graduation in 2025 or recent graduates, preferably in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Curiosity and Passion: Exhibit curiosity, passionate to understand the whys, and dedicated to solving problems and creating impact
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Hands-On Approach: Willing to get your hands dirty and work with ground ops, to implement improvements. Some travel will be required
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in operational processes
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
