DESIGNATION : Sales Executive/Sales Consultant (B2C)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To drive and achieve company sales targets
- Conducting consultations and PV sessions.
- Manage SalesForce leads, updates following the department SOP.
- Uphold to the level of best customer service and achieve customer compliments KPI.
- Be a team player and work together as a team.
- Work with inter-departments on administrative and enrolment matters.
- To work cohesively with Marketing/Campaign Managers on marketing strategies and initiatives (where applicable)
- Report to Team Manager for all Kaplan sales and administrative matters

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in any field

OTHER INFORMATION
- Experience in relevant industry
- Administrative related experience
- Negotiation skills
- Business writing skills
- Good sales track record (if applicable)
- Microsoft Office
- Basic Internet Marketing Skills
- Basic EDM design skills
