We’re looking for a Client Reporting Specialist to:

- Offer sound advice to client advisors in relation to queries regarding portfolio performance and assets statements
- Be responsible for onboarding clients to UBS data feed solutions and the maintenance of client setups in these tools
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly controls to ensure the accuracy of the assets statements and investigate exceptions
- Think flexibly to propose new ideas and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and services
- Understand the processes; ensure adherence to guidelines, SOPs and UBS policies

**Your team**
- You will be working in the Client Reporting team in Singapore, supporting Singapore and Hong Kong Wealth Management Business. Our mission is to provide our clients with high-quality performance and investment reporting.

**Your expertise**
- A university degree in finance or business
- Experience in investment performance and risk analysis
- A good understanding of wealth management operation processes and product characteristics
- Strong risk and control mindset
- Good problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
