We are seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our client's vibrant team. In this role, you will take charge of group consolidation and the meticulous preparation of consolidated financial statements.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Financial Reporting**:

- Lead the meticulous preparation of group consolidated financial statements, ensuring strict adherence to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Uphold the integrity of our accounting activities by ensuring compliance with group accounting policies and SFRS. You'll have the opportunity to develop policies and guidelines to fortify governance and controls when necessary.
- Share your expertise by providing valuable guidance on accounting treatments to our subsidiaries, while also organizing engaging group-wide training sessions.
- Be a driving force behind continuous improvement, evaluating, and refining our financial closing processes. You'll champion the implementation of systems and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency, including the automation of various financial processes and reports.
- Take ownership of our chart of accounts, ensuring its accuracy and alignment with reporting requirements.
- Foster seamless collaboration with internal and external auditors throughout the audit process, including the preparation of audited financial statements.
- Collaborate closely with our Company Secretary to ensure that all requisite filings and returns are submitted to the ACRA by the Companies Act.

**Transfer Pricing**:8) Oversee the meticulous execution of Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**MINIMUM ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS**:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in preparing group consolidated financial statements.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of SFRS/IFRS.
- Prior experience in a Big Four accounting firm is highly valued.
