**The Role**
Join our dynamic team as a Implementation Manager and play a crucial role in supporting our Client Success team to achieve milestones and goals for our clients. We are seeking a passionate and innovative individual who can effectively manage client onboarding assignments, demonstrate exceptional project management skills, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in our revolutionizing HR Technology and Services Company.
**Responsibilities**
- Fast-paced environment Leading and controlling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan that outlines project goals, scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and procedures for client onboarding and offboarding.
- Collaborate with client HR teams to customize global onboarding and offboarding processes, aligning with their specific needs and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to think creatively and exercise sound judgment
- Establish and implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the specified standards.
- Implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new systems or processes within the organization.
- Need not solicit the collaboration of others
- Strong time management and organizational skills, allowing you to meet project deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
- Accountable for ensuring client satisfaction by meeting milestones and goals
- Take ownership, escalate, and resolve risks and issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met and hold them accountable for project dependencies and commitments
**About you**
- Proven work experience as an Implementation Manager or Customer onboarding Manager, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role
- Experience in HR, with a strong understanding of global HR processes, practices, and regulations.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is often preferred.
- Ability to identify issues, find solutions, and adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent organization and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and changing business needs.
- A strong passion for customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional results
- A blend of technical and people skills with a focus on project management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to navigate objections and overcome challenges
- Deliver high-quality products and services
