Job description
**The Role**:
In this capacity, you will provide engagement leadership on client solutions and be responsible for managing the customer relationship and ensuring that project execution meets our high standard of customer satisfaction. You will also support business development activities throughout the sales cycle.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for full cycle implementation of an assigned RPO client/project
- Leading, Consulting on, and Managing client implementation activities while serving as the liaison between the functional, technical and vendor teams
- Creating professional, in-depth account-specific project plans and Operational Toolkits
Identifying and managing the change and risks associated with implementations
- Facilitating the development of business requirements, key performance metrics, and future state process, in line with Korn Ferry tools and best practice
- Planning, leading, consulting, and facilitation of discovery and design sessions and documentation of gap analysis / client needs
- Planning, hosting, and facilitation of the induction/training and onboarding for the new TA delivery team
- Creating training materials and operational tools for the TA delivery team
- Acting as a ‘quality gate’ for work-stream level activities and the solution overall
Development of post go-live stabilization and on-going support strategy and plans
- Development of compelling business cases for customer initiative
- Budget management of large complex projects
- Oversight of integrations between multiple recruitment technologies or within Talent Acquisition suites
- Leveraging the wider capability of the Korn Ferry business to support clients where needs are For example within the Assessment, Employer Branding and Recruitment Technology fields
- The Implementation Project Manager will also provide support to business development activities such as providing relevant content for proposals and/or attending client pitches
- People management as necessary

**Required Skills**:

- Knowledge of one or more Talent Acquisition leading technologies: (i.e. Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, SilkRoad, iCims, Kenexa/BrassRing, ADP/Virtual Edge, Cornerstone OnDemand)
- Knowledge of corporate and/or public entity talent practices
- 2+ years of experience managing Talent Acquisition teams OR 2+ years project management in the TA space
- 2+ years of process implementation design experience with business process re-engineering or design skills
- 2+ years of experience of co-implementing with different technologies such as: ATS, HRIS, Onboarding systems
- 2+ years of experience leading Change Management workstreams
- 2+ years of experience identifying and mitigating risks
- 5+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Visio, Excel, and MS Project to effectively create and manage project deliverables
- 5+ years of experience displaying both verbal and written communications skill with the ability to develop effective written materials, facilitate group discussions and present to diverse customer audiences, including executive leadership and client base
- Ability to travel up to 50% annually
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years related experience
- Proven self-starter with the ability to work on a variety of projects with mínimal supervision
