With more than 100 years of history and a presence across 25 countries, this is a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, well-known for its expertise in healthcare delivery. Located in the west of Singapore.
**Your new role**
As a key member of the HR team, you will be a the site HR leader for the Singapore office and a HRBP partnering the commercial leadership team across APAC. You will work closely with various country HR leaders, COE leaders and other HRBPs to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives. You will also be the key contact point for HR issues for the Singapore office. This role will be reporting into the Senior HR Director.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You'll be an experienced HR leader who has at least 8 years of HRBP experience and partnered stakeholders at the senior level. You'll also have experience in collaborating with various stakeholders as an influential partner, and strong communication skills. You will have a good understanding of the local needs and be able to represent the APAC region. You have prior experience covering commercial teams as HRBP.
