**Job description
This Sales Executive is responsible for expanding the company’s wholesale business and increasing distribution of listed products, execution of sales and marketing program to achieve monthly sales and category target in Singapore and South East Asia.
Manage the assigned outlets and grow new ones. Ensure effective merchandising & workflow process guidelines - formulation of SOPs to the outlets.
Weekly visits to outlets in an assigned area, provide excellent service, and enhance good customer relationship/ rapport to secure order for all products.
Ensure all products, information and promotional details are displayed correctly according to guidelines and promotions activation
Provide regular feedback on the sales performance of our product, store and display issues, and competitor’s activities to management
Ensure adequate level of stock at HQ to support wholesale demand, work with buyers on purchase cycles
Maintain a working relationship with warehouse, finance department to solve all problems relating to merchandise shortage and returns from wholesale outlets
Preparing of monthly, quarterly and yearly budget and its achievement.
**Requirements
Bachelors’ Degree in Merchandising, Supply Chain, Business Development or relevant discipline.
2 - 3 years’ experience in FMCG industry, baby product industry a plus
Past experience in merchandising support with multi category preferred.
Excellent planning, financial, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong observatory and analytical skills in assessing product inventory. Able to prepare data and do sales analysis
Able to work in independently in a fast pace environment
Commercial sense and good negotiation abilities
