**Sale Engineer (Material Handling Equipment)**
- Working location: East
- Well established company
- Normal working hour (Mon to Fri; 9am to 6pm)
- Basic salary $3,000 to $4,500 + sales Incentives + transport allowance
- Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience.

**About the Job**
You will work with a hunter mentality to generate leads, identify potential clients and sales opportunities to achieve sales target set by the management
- Identifying prospective customers within the assigned market segments, develop and execute effective sales activities to achieve sales growth objectives.
- Provide professional customer service with good support and follow-up to ensure all issues are resolved and escalate as needed.
- Participate in exhibitions and events to promote our services and products.
- Perform site survey, site measurement, attend pre-bid walkthrough, tender clarification, tender interview as and when required.
- Perform solution design and develop activities according to customer's requirement.
- Work with Manager in developing solution, project plan, budget, schedule, and coordinate with relevant parties in preparing project proposal, tender bid submission / clarification, and contractual document.
- Create and deliver presentation about our services and products
- Negotiate details of contractual terms and condition to meet both customer’s and company’s needs, prepare sales contract, process sales order, and ensure order fulfilment.
- Collaborate with peers in other department to ensure customer service support are provided to customer in time.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our equipment,
- Perform administrative duties, such as keeping records and preparing reports using CRM / SAP and generates monthly sales and progress report.
- Seek continual self-improvement & represent the company in a professional manner
- Keep informed of product and market developments & trends. market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices,
- Preferably with a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of sales/project experience in B2B building industry is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven organizational and planning ability
- Able to speak and write in English and Chinese languages.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion, selling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and customer relationship building skills.
- Possesses high level of integrity with good work ethics.
- Computer literate and Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of CRM & SAP software is an advantage.
- Possess a Singapore Class 3 Drivers’ License (preferably with own vehicle)
