Pasir Ris, Singapore S-Lite Event Support Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute event strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Conceptualize unique and engaging event ideas tailored to the target audience.
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of events, including outdoor events, corporate gatherings, and large-scale public events.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure the success of each event.
- Lead and coordinate a team of event planners, vendors, and support staff.
- Provide clear guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure effective collaboration and execution.
- Liaise with clients, sponsors, and other stakeholders to align event objectives and expectations.
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
- Identify potential risks associated with events and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Collect feedback from stakeholders and participants to assess event success.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in event planning, organizing, and managing events, with a strong preference for outdoor event management.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in working with diverse groups to create partnerships and enhance event offerings.
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in budgeting, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
- Familiarity with local regulations and safety protocols related to events, particularly outdoor gatherings.
- Degree/diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, especially leading up to and during events.
- 2A/2B/Class 3 compulsory. Preferably possess own transport. (Required to travel from time to time)

Pay: $8,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Late shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
