As a Supply Chain Manager, you will work closely with various departments on the planning of delivery routes and logistics, inventory, and warehousing management. You will also be responsible for forecasting and tracking products for Central Kitchen, reviewing product costings and margins.

**Primary

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage Supply Chain management across Central Kitchen, Warehouse, and Purchasing departments
- Oversee warehouse operations, planning delivery routes to maximize productivity
- Forecast and track accuracy in product replenishment, ordering, etc (Central Kitchen)
- Work closely with Operations in store forecasting
- Conduct periodic checks on the quality of products and stock inventory
- Conduct annual HACCP audit and ensure compliance and standards are adhered to
- Inventory management/control by conducting physical counts and updating in inventory system
- Maintain warehouse area cleanliness and tidiness due to the nature of products
- Establish and monitor key performance on order fulfillment lead time, forecast accuracy, cost reduction, and optimum inventory management
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
- Improve warehouse operations such as Productivity, Inventory, Accuracy, etc
- Any other duties as assigned

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree education in the field of Logistic or Supply Chain Management or in any related discipline
- At least 5 - 8 years of working experience in warehouse/logistics management

**Personality and Competencies/Skills**
- Excellent vendor management
- Great interpersonal and strong communication skills
- Exceptional keen eye for detail and critical thinking with problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
- Team player, able to work independently with mínimal supervision
