**Deal Desk Team Lead (APAC)**
Your contribution will be essential to lead a team of inspired analysts, win deals, increase Vonage market share and grow the revenue stream.
**You will**
- Lead a team of Deal Desk analysts to ensure Deal velocity and drive a culture of Commercial awareness and customer focus
- Maintain team SLA's and ensure control and accuracy through the design and implementation of system controls and processes
- Deputising for, and providing support to, the Deal Desk Director providing regional insight to ensure optimal structure, processes and tools are in place
- Streamline and improve business practices, identifying training needs and requirements of the Deal Desk Analysts to upskill and drive efficiency of the team
- Work with Sales Teams in building price quotes for customers, including our largest and most strategic accounts
- Actively collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, Product teams to optimize the on-boarding process of customers
- Provide analysis around trends in customer requests and pricing. Take action on trends revealed, driving changes in pricing and costs
- Train and advise Sales and any other stakeholders on pricing, quoting, on-boarding process and best practices
- Define and manage projects to deliver further operational efficiencies
- Must be fluent in Mandarin
**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree required; Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting undergrad majors preferred
- Previous Management experience
- 5+ years of experience in a rapidly changing, deadline-based position involving daily interaction with multiple levels of management and peers
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving
- Excellent Excel skills and data manipulation
