- Knowledge of social content functions for channel optimization
- Strong writing skills, with a good grasp of tone and appropriate professional online communication.

Job summary

Key job responsibilities
- Conduit between APJ and Global Social Media teams to drive synergy of plans.
- Drive operational excellence for APJ and Region Social Media Managers.
- Provide framework and guidance on Social Media Marketing business plans.
- Drive business review cadence within APJ Social Media Marketing.
- Manage dashboards, localize and create meaningful reports in order to measure Digital/Social Media performance, including database cleanliness, and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports, trends and insights eg: Social Media Listening.
- Provide analysis on channel spend efficiency.
- Test and Optimize various Digital/Social Media channels.
- Provide stewardship for Social Media management tools.
- Deploy and localize tools and platforms for APJ Social Media teams.
- Train employees on Social Media and AWS brand social style and voice guidelines.
- Comfortable working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture.
