**Sales & Marketing Executive**

Atlas Homes is a fast-growing renovation media brand helping Singaporean homeowners make smarter, clearer renovation decisions. We're looking for a Content & Marketing Executive to drive content creation and help shape how our brand connects with real people.

You’ll be involved in the full content pipeline — from brainstorming and scripting, to filming and editing, to publishing and tracking. If you’re creative, hands-on, and love making videos that people actually want to watch, this is for you.

**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and execute content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
- Communicate and follow up with customers directly and maintain good relationship with existing customers
- Shoot and edit video content (Reels, TikToks, day-in-the-life, interviews, etc.)
- Craft and maintain content calendars and posting schedules
- Track performance across platforms and suggest creative or directional improvements
- Stay plugged into trends, sounds, and platform shifts to keep our content sharp and relevant

**You Should Have**
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, video production, or social media
- Able to shoot and edit content independently (CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools)
- Strong writing skills for captions, storyboards, and campaign messages
- Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube (shorts and longform videos)
- Highly self-driven, organised, and confident in seeing content from idea to execution

**Bonus Points**
- Have a portfolio or have grown a personal/brand account with strong reach or engagement
- Have experience directing or filming others (e.g. interviews, walkthroughs, events)
- A good sense or curiosity about home trends
