**Job summary**

2. Able to handle quotation/billing/invoicing/PO/work order/admin work

3. Preparation and support UpToDate AR creditline/collection/payment receive status and AP bills key in/rates checking, banking/chq payment transfer, APAR ageing, cashflow/bank reconciliation, and small claim filing

5. Other ad-hoc duties when assigned by management

**Competency requirements**

1) No working experience required as on-job-training provided.

2) Administrative and account experience will be an advantage.

3) Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

4) Well organized, punctual, attention to detail and accuracy.

**Working Hours**
Monday - Friday : 08.30am - 05.30pm (1 Hour Break)

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month
