**About Us**

**Responsibilities**
- Sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in lodging asset class.
- Review and evaluate lodging investment opportunities through market research, financial modelling, site inspection etc; analyse various outcomes and make recommendations pertaining to those opportunities
- Assist in project managing the transaction process from due diligence through to negotiation and execution assist in coordinating and managing internal stakeholders and external consultants
- Closely monitor and track the lodging investment market; research market intelligence and trend from various sources and provide update to internal stakeholders
- Support the development and implementation of proposals to establish new private equity lodging funds
- Assist in the sourcing, evaluating, and closing of investment funding from 3rd party capital partners
- Preparing marketing materials, addressing investor due diligence questions, negotiations and executing fund documentation
- Monitoring and analyzing investment performance of the fund and its respective investments, including appropriate returns benchmarking
- Assist in regular reporting to investment committee, internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining good fund governance by complying with internal governance guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Keeping good records and documentation in the management and administration of the fund and its activities
- Maintaining centralized oversight of investment management businessContributing to firm’s investment management strategy through research and market intelligence, including keeping current on the competitive and regulatory landscape and best practice
**Requirements**:
- Real Estate, Business, or Finance degree from a reputable university. CFA qualification is an added advantage
- Demonstrated experience/ knowledge or track record of sourcing and executing investment deals preferably in lodging / living asset class
- Familiar with the market/network and cost management considerations
- Have strong negotiation skills and must be an analytical problem solver
- A team player who is passionate about business results, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.Possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
