Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

The Safety Operations team is responsible for undertaking international product safety & related model data labelling for business improvements strategies. This includes training and optimizing the existing safety and related models, verifying the effect of the models, assisting in theoptimization of safety & related strategies, improving moderation efficiency and ensuring the safety of the platform and users.

What will I be doing?

1. Data Management: you'll be owning the whole process of data delivery including data acquisition, annotation, quality control, and data set establishment

2. Cross-functional Cooperation: you'll be working hand-in-hand with both the front-end and back-end departments to drive machine-moderation models' planning, training, and official launch.

3. Project Management: you'll act as the point of contact for your projects/models, overseeing the progress, quality, and gains, and held responsible for team performance and results

4. Data Analysis: you'll conduct data analysis on model performances, timely identify and feedback problems, and output workable solutions to ensure projects' smooth ongoing

5. Operation Excellence: you'll formulate project standards, continuously optimize processes, and improve the overall quality of data delivery

**Requirements**:
What should I bring with me?

1. Bachelor's degree or above

2. Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

3. Proven project management experience

4. Strong data processing and other data analysis experience

5. Familiar with office software such as Excel, Word, etc.

6. Regional cross functional experience preferred

7. Working experience related to risk control/data annotation/content quality/community ecology/model operation preferred
