Director, Cleanroom Vertical

**Job Details**
**What you will do**:
As the Cleanroom Director, you will be responsible for Cleanroom Vertical full P&L in SEA. You will be an active member of the SEA Leadership team by providing business performance information in timely fashion and working with others to share resources and approaches as needed to maximize revenues and profitability.
**How you will do it**:
- Mainly focus in architectual cleanroom finishes, MEP systems and specialized in exhaust treatment system; and working largely with semi-conductor and pharma segment.
- Provide cleanroom consultancy advice to other region across APAC to enable growth in cleanroom vertical.
- Lead and execute the conclusion of contracts through the company (deadlines, quality, conformity with Singapore norms and mandates);
- Integrated responsibility for the financial result through the concluded contracts of the company
- Negotiations of the requirements and preparation of contracts with contract parties and subsidiaries
- Representing the company at the contacts with the investor and other outside subsidiaries
- Other tasks delegated by the supervisory (Board of Directors) and entrusted work tasks
**What we look for**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent in experience
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive responsibility for sales and business management, with a proven track in managing a P&L
- Minimum 3 years of general manager experience.
- Excellent market knowledge and industry network in cleanroom
- Demonstrates business acumen
- Experience in working successfully for a multinational organization
- Excellent at developing strong teams and driving accountability
- Strong communication skills dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
