**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify, engage, and grow new business opportunities within the **industrial, construction, and reseller sectors**.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive repeat sales and customer loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations and recommend the most suitable safety solutions/products to clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders to meet client requirements and company objectives.
- Negotiate and close deals to help Sales Team achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

**Marketing & Brand Promotion**:

- Collaborate with management to plan and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, newsletters, and online promotions.
- Conduct **market research and competitor analysis**to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Participate in **trade/road shows, and product demonstrations**to showcase our brand and products.

**Customer Service & Account Management**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and post-sales follow-ups professionally and promptly.
- Build strong, long-term client partnerships based on trust, value, and reliability.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, or Higher Diploma**in **Business, Marketing, or related fields**.
- **2 years of relevant experience**in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development — preferably in **PPE, safety, or industrial product sales**(advantage).
- Strong **presentation, communication, and interpersonal**skills.
- Proven ability to **negotiate, influence, and close sales**effectively.
- **Goal-driven**, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office**and familiar with **digital marketing and social media tools**(advantage).
- **Class 3 or 3A driving license**required; own vehicle preferred (company vehicle may be provided).
