This role is a contract role with one of our global banking clients:

- This role works within the Client and Entity Enablement Change Management team to drive change delivery and implementation across the end-to-end client lifecycle, including coverage of AML, KYC, Tax, OTC reform and regulations.
- Effectively manage all business readiness activities required to successfully implement the target operating model into BAU.

Support delivery of Change Management outcomes across global teams, such as communications, training and implementation activities
- Support Head of Change Management in implementing target operating models and enabling user adoption on a global scale
- Support running a global Command Centre, ensuring various global and regional ceremonies operate effectively, support traffic is resolved in a timely manner, bottlenecks are identified and called out, root causes are actioned
- Delivery management across Change Management, Operational Design and Operational Readiness workstreams within the broader release plan, ensuring scope is clear and progress is driven to plan milestones, reporting risks and issues as appropriate
- Creation of professional, management reporting for communicating insights to senior stakeholders across a variety of outcomes (Command centre/support metrics and trends, roadmap, and delivery schedules, etc)
- Developing detailed change risk assessments in conjunction with Global Process Owner delegates and secure concurrence from Operational Risk functions.
- Drive key business readiness outcomes, including:

- Defining, owning, and executing business readiness plans on a global scale
- Driving planning, coordination and mobilization activities to ensure implementation activities and logistics run smoothly
- Hands-on delivery of key implementation artefacts and activities, including business process testing, environment and user access management, risk assessments, governance approvals, business support models, etc.
- Chairing relevant working groups and executive forums to effectively govern business implementation activities
- Enabling a well governed transition from pre-live into post-live and handover to BAU

Actively support delivery of wider change management outcomes, including business impact assessments, communications, engagement and training on a global scale
- Effectively engages relevant business, compliance and operations stakeholders across the end-to-end Client Lifecycle
- Project teams (Project Managers, Business Analysts, IT Delivery Teams)
- Compliance and Policy Implementation teams

Change Champions (Global, Regional and Local)

Must Have:

- Strong project management skillset with proven track record of implementing large scale business transformations in a banking environment (global or regional deliveries)
- Experience aligning diverse stakeholders to manage risk and change in fast-moving environments
- Eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively present insights at an executive level
- Proactive and driven; able to take initiative, capitalize on opportunities and work with mínimal oversight
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills; effectively engages and manages senior stakeholders
- Ability to lead, support and motivate teams and operate as a team player
- Project Management and RAID management

Preferred:

- Knowledge of business segments, client types and product offerings
