**Who we’re looking for**

We are looking for a capable individual who has a passion to help people in driving and adapting changes in the organization. As part of the Global Operation Change function, the business implementation manager will be supporting the operations team to assess and validate the IT solution, establish business processes and controls to be ready to support business launch.

**The team**

The APAC Operations Change team works closely with our businesses, other change functions and technology to drive strategic change and new business enablement.

**What you’ll do**

As the Business Analyst at Schroders, you will play a key role to undertaking detailed analysis on business requirements, co-ordination of business validation to ensure operation functions are ready to enable and adopt the change or new business.
- Collation and validation of business requirements against the target operating model
- Management the full project life cycle of the assigned/prioritized initiatives through project initiation to business adoption of the change delivered for Operations.
- Establish and reinforce open and effective communication between Operations business clients, IT partners, vendors, central programme teams and other departments to deliver the Operations scope.
- Deliver the project in time and in quality to meet business objectives. Establish project cadence and governance framework in alignment with the program, providing regular stakeholders status update and highlight key delivery risks, issues, dependencies with mitigation actions / owners identified.
- Ownership of Project artefacts and outputs to global Workstream initiative standards

**The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need**
- Possess strong business analysis skillset and be able to present in an organized / structured manner
- Experience in running medium to large projects within the Asset Management industry or Operations

**The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help**
- Prior working / change experience with Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency & Investment Operations experience
- Understand the Asset Management industry and market practice in Asia
- Experience in blockchain technology or initiatives

- Experience in running with cross functional projects in a virtual environment.
- Possess strong business analytical and problem-solving skills
