As a Site Supervisor at Jos Furnitures, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our furniture projects. You will oversee the construction and installation of furniture pieces, manage on-site teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. Your attention to detail, leadership skills, and commitment to safety will contribute to the overall excellence of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of furniture installation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to interpret project plans, ensuring accurate execution on-site.
- Supervise and lead on-site teams, including carpenters, installers, and laborers, to achieve project objectives efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of required materials and resources to the site.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess work quality, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Address any on-site challenges, conflicts, or issues that may arise during the course of the project, escalating to higher management when necessary.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to the project manager and other relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily progress reports, incident reports, and any other required records.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in construction or furniture installation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Prior experience in the furniture industry is preferred.

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
